Call recording
Call recording is an add-on. Calls are recorded only while it’s turned on, and you pay only for the minutes recorded.
Prices
Section titled “Prices”The price depends on how long you keep recordings:

Changing how long recordings are kept
Section titled “Changing how long recordings are kept”Choose the period in your account settings. A change applies to new recordings only. Recordings you already have keep their original period and stay playable until it ends.
Where recordings show up
Section titled “Where recordings show up”When recording is on, recordings appear with the customer’s history in the apps, and supervisors can replay any recorded call together with its call journey.
