How billing works

Incoming calls 1¢/min
Outgoing calls to the US 2¢/min
Website calls 0.5¢/min

Each number you pay for adds its price in calls to a shared monthly allowance: $20 for each business line and $10 for each direct line.

In the portal’s top bar this shows as Included.

  1. Every call, on any number, uses the allowance first. That includes incoming, outgoing and website calls.
  2. When the allowance is used up, calls are paid from your prepaid balance.
  3. Unused allowance resets at the start of each month.

Your balance, shown as Wallet in the portal, is money you’ve added to your account to pay for calls beyond the allowance. It never expires, and you can top it up at any time.

  • Welcome credit. When you finish setup, VoiceSuites adds $2 of calling credit to your balance. That’s about 200 minutes of incoming calls or 400 minutes of website calls.
  • Business verification. A one-time $5 verification confirms your business is real. The full $5 is credited back to your balance.

A 10-person office with one business line and 2 remote users, taking 1,500 incoming minutes, making 500 outgoing minutes to the US and receiving 300 minutes of website calls in a month:

2 remote users $10.00
Calls (1,500 × 1¢ + 500 × 2¢ + 300 × 0.5¢) $26.50
Monthly allowance from the business line −$20.00
Total $36.50
