Mobile app

The mobile app rings your phone for business calls, even when the app is closed, and in parallel with your desktop app and other devices. On iPhone, calls appear on the normal system call screen.

Admins choose who can use the mobile app, so you decide which calls can be answered on the go.

  1. On your computer, open the VoiceSuites portal, go to Downloads and choose Sign in on your phone.
  2. In the mobile app, tap Scan QR code and point your camera at the code. The code works once and expires after 2 minutes.

You can also tap or sign in with email and enter the 8-digit code we send you.

Tab What you’ll find
My calls Your recent calls.
Contacts Customers and their history.
Teams Who on your team is online, offline or on a call.
Activity Missed calls and voicemail. Add notes, call back and close missed calls, the same as on desktop.
Follow-ups Calls and tasks assigned to you.
Settings Your Online switch, caller ID, ringtone and 911 location.

Turn Online off in Settings when you don’t want business calls on your phone.

  • Microphone, for calls.
  • Camera, only to scan the sign-in QR code.
  • Location while using the app, to keep your emergency (911) address right. See Emergency calls (911). Your location stays on your phone.
  • Notifications, so incoming calls can ring when the app is closed (Android).
