Top up your balance
Your prepaid balance pays for calls once your monthly allowance is used up. It never expires.
Add money now
Section titled “Add money now”In the portal, click your wallet in the top bar and choose Add money to the wallet, or go to Billing → Overview and choose Top up. Pick an amount (at least $20) and pay by card. The card you use is saved as your default if you don’t have one yet.
Automatic top-up
Section titled “Automatic top-up”Turn on automatic top-up so you never run out:
- Click your wallet in the top bar and open Automatic top-up.
- Choose how much to Add and When below which balance.
- Tick the consent box and choose Turn on automatic top-up.
When your balance drops below the minimum, the amount is charged to your saved card automatically.
If a charge fails, for example because the card was declined or needs confirming with your bank, we’ll try again a few hours later and add a task asking you to update your card under Billing → Payments.
If your balance runs out
Section titled “If your balance runs out”When both your allowance and your balance are used up:
- New outgoing calls to phone numbers are paused.
- Calls already in progress are never cut off.
- Outgoing calls start working again as soon as you top up, or when your monthly allowance renews.
